Thank you for using Better Housing Prince George’s, a website owned and operated by the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington, a not-for-profit trade association affiliated with the National Apartment Association (“Better Housing Prince George’s” or “we” or “us” or “our”) to educate Prince George’s County elected officials on the need for a balanced housing policy approach to implement strategies to increase housing supply, which does not include the harmful, unintended consequences of rent control.
